Multi-Vehicle Permit Application

Please submit the following form in order to request multiple vehicles to be filed for a Commercial Membership for Vilas County.

Once you submit a Multi-Vehicle Application request, a Customer Support person will reach out to file your list of vehicles, and registration information, and provide you promo codes to purchase commercial memberships. Once purchases are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email for your Commercial Membership. Please note that this permit is completely digital and based on license plate numbers. 

The cost of the permit is as follows:

• Commercial Guide Service Single Vehicle: $250.00

• Commercial Guide Service Multi-Vehicle: $375.00

  • *$25 for each additional vehicle in excess of 5

All Annual Commercial Membership permits are valid between May 1st and October 31st for the calendar year wherein the membership is purchased.

If approved...

• The sharing of this permit link will result in automatic permit termination for the remainder of this permit season (through 12/31/23) - no exceptions.

• Please purchase your permit with the same email address used in this application.

• The permit holder must comply with parking lot regulations.

• This permit will automatically terminate if the business closes
