Resident Permit Application
Please submit the following form in order to verify your Vilas County residence.

Proof of residence (and age for Resident Senior Memberships *if applicable) will be required as part of the application process. All proof of residence documents must include name and current Vilas County resident address. Accepted documents include a valid driver's license, government ID, active Lease Agreement, utility bill, or bank statement. For proof of Resident Senior Memberships (ages 65 & older), please provide a reference that includes your birthdate (ie Driver's License).
Immediately following our review of your proof of residency, the image file containing your submitted proof (ie, driver's license, government-issued ID, etc.) is permanently deleted from our system.

Once your membership application and proof of ownership/residency is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to purchase your Resident membership. Please note that this permit is completely digital and based on the license plate number.

The cost of an Annual Resident Membership is as follows:

Resident: $30.00

Resident Senior (ages 65 & older): $20.00
There is a 2-vehicle maximum for multi-vehicle permits. If you require additional vehicles, please contact us.
All Annual Membership permits are valid between May 1st and October 31st for the calendar year wherein the membership is purchased.
