Permit Application

Please submit the following form in order to verify your Veteran/Disabled Veteran status. Veteran status documentation must come in the form of a Veteran ID Card (VIC) or a Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC) and must include name.

Immediately following our review of your proof of Veteran or Disabled Veteran status, the image file containing your submitted proof (ie, VIC or VHIC ID) is permanently deleted from our system.

Once your membership application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to purchase your Veteran/Disabled Veteran membership. Please note that this permit is completely digital and based on the license plate number.

The cost of an Annual Veteran/Disabled Veteran Membership is as follows:

Disabled Veteran: Free (per vehicle)
Veteran: $15.00 (per vehicle)

All Annual Membership permits are valid between May 1st and October 31st for the calendar year wherein the membership is purchased.

I understand that if approved, it is the responsibility of the permit holder to update the license plate number if it updates during the season. Instructions on how to do this will be sent to the permit holder's email address upon purchasing the permit.

If an application is submitted outside of business hours, a temporary 3-day pass will be applied to the license plate number provided within the application.
